Job summary

Camino Partners Ltd. is seeking a Head of Performance to establish and lead a data-driven performance culture across its London and Miami offices. You will design frameworks, coach leaders, and align learning with growth, ensuring consistent, evidence-based decisions on progression and compensation.

The role reports to the CEO and requires hands-on leadership with a track record in recruitment, performance coaching and driving measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment sales experience, ideally leading a desk.
• Proven track record in coaching and performance frameworks.
• Experience building career pathways and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed a performance management framework with KPIs and review cycles.
• Build transparent career pathways and promotion criteria.
• Coach consultants and managers through 1:1s and reviews.
• Own performance MI across activity, pipeline and billings.
• Present performance insights to CEO and leadership team.
• Drive AI and technology adoption to boost productivity.
