Job summary

Cheshire West and Chester is recruiting a Performance and Support Officer in Ellesmere Port on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. The role involves collating, analysing and reporting on performance information and providing administrative support for Children’s Services.

The post holder will work in a hybrid, agile environment with travel across the borough, using Excel, Word and corporate systems while ensuring data is shared securely and in line with governance

Qualifications

• Confident using Excel, Word and a range of corporate systems.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure data is shared securely and accurately.
• Ensure data sharing complies with governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collate, analyse and report on performance information.
• Provide administrative support across Children’s Services (organising meetings, minute taking, distribution of documents).
• Support financial monitoring and processes using the authority’s financial information systems and databases.
