Cheshire East Council is seeking a Data and Payments Business Support Officer to join the Children and Families Service. The role supports data handling and payment processes related to SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
The position is a full-time 37-hour role, located in Macclesfield or Crewe, with hybrid/remote working options where possible. You will manage the SEND Payments Inbox, assist with data quality and payment processes, and input cost data into client records systems

The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, and adept at managing communications. You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
