Ipsum in Haydock/Warrington is seeking a Performance Analyst to join our Northwest team. You will manage end-to-end data and performance reporting across business systems, producing daily, weekly and monthly dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Performance Analyst or data insight role.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection and visualization of performance metrics by cohort.
• Produce monthly, weekly and daily KPI reports for senior management.
• Develop dashboards and ad hoc insights using Power BI and Excel.
• Support data quality, validation and month-end reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to support business decision-making.
