Job summary

Orbit Group in Coventry is recruiting a Performance & Insight Analyst to join our Business Assurance team. You will consolidate data from multiple sources to produce transparent, insight-led performance reporting for stakeholders.

You will develop high-quality dashboards and reports, provide forecasting and analysis to support decision-making, and help ensure data controls, governance and regulatory returns are robust.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of data governance and security principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of high-quality performance reporting, including corporate scorecards, delivery plan updates and Board- and Executive-level reports.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business on performance management, supporting KPI definitions, targets and tolerances.
• Collaborate with central Data & Analytics, contribute to the Power BI Virtual Team, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
