Insight Talent Partners is currently recruiting a BI Analyst for a professional services business based in central Manchester working a hybrid model of three days in the office and two from home. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid SQL skills and some hands-on Power BI experience who wants to grow their capability in a supportive, modern analytics environment. The focus is on attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn. The Role

You will join a collaborative Analytics team working to modernise and simplify the reporting landscape. Your day-to-day work will involve improving SQL queries, enhancing Power BI reports and helping to consolidate business logic into reusable datasets.

You will work closely with analysts, data engineers and senior team members who will guide you through best practices in data modelling, governance and performance optimisation. As you develop, you will gain exposure to more advanced BI techniques and tools.
