Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics and analyse dashboards and scorecards.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and improvement projects.
• Track and report on operational KPIs for stakeholder visibility.
• Collaborate with operations, service delivery, sales, and leadership to translate data into insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Support business case development for new services, contracts, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide analytical support during contract negotiations, pricing reviews, and client profitability assessments.
• Maintain and enhance reporting systems and automate routine reporting processes.
