Job summary

Harnham is hiring a Data Analyst in London (Hybrid / Flexible) to support finance, analytics, and operational reporting within a healthcare technology business. You will own finance reporting, analyze data, and build BI solutions with a close link to senior leadership.

The role combines finance, analytics, and reporting, with hands-on data work, reconciliation, and process improvement across large datasets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance analysis or supporting finance stakeholders.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and reconciliations.
• Ability to turn data into meaningful commercial insight.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop finance reporting and management information.
• Maintain forecasting, cash flow, and business planning models.
• Reconcile data across Xero, SQL and Power BI.
• Analyse patient activity, contract performance, volumes, and financial outcomes.
• Produce reporting for senior leadership covering: Cash performance, Contract performance, Patient volumes, Forecasts and business performance.
• Investigate discrepancies across large datasets and improve data quality.
• Build new reports and improve existing reporting processes.
• Partner closely with Finance and IT to improve analytical capability across the business.
