Riverford Organic Farmers Ltd is seeking a Performance Creative Producer for a 12-month fixed-term, 40-hour hybrid role at Wash Farm, Devon. You will craft paid social content from concept to final edit, testing and iterating to improve performance.

You’ll work with the Social Media Manager and Brand team, delivering native content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube while upholding Riverford brand guardrails. The role focuses on rapid acquisition content and runs in a fast-paced Commercial environment.

Formación

• Direct-response instincts for stopping the scroll and driving clicks.
• Strong filming and editing skills with pacing and structure.
• Fluency with Meta and TikTok; native content feel for each platform.
• Curious about ad performance and learning from results.
• Self-motivated and able to work at pace with minimal direction.
• Ability to maintain brand tone while delivering high-performing ads.
• Organised with multiple briefs, shoots and deadlines.
• Bonus: experience creating food or lifestyle content.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a monthly pipeline of paid social assets (4–5 videos) in 3 formats.
• Turn briefs into first cuts within ~4 working days.
• Create platform-native creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Develop a monthly testing plan with hooks and variants.
• Track performance and share learnings at reviews.
• Maintain an organised asset library of footage and results.
• Ensure ads meet brand guidelines and UK ad standards.
