Job summary

elasticStage Ltd seeks a Creative Producer to transform ideas from Paid Social, Organic Social, CRM and wider teams into finished videos, ads and social content. You’ll balance hands-on creation with strategic production oversight, collaborating with paid media and organic teams.

You’ll manage briefs, coordinate with artists and external creators, and ensure high-quality, fast delivery across platforms while keeping production efficient and on-brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form social, paid social or video-first content.
• Strong creative instincts: turn ideas into engaging concepts, hooks and scripts.
• Confident filming and editing quickly in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar.
• Comfortable presenting on camera.
• Experience briefing and managing external creators or freelancers.
• Highly organised across multiple briefs, creators and deadlines.
• Understanding of paid and organic social and what drives action.
• Genuine interest in music and independent artists.
• Bias towards getting things made.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into great content by collaborating with Paid Social, Organic Social, CRM and stakeholders.
• Create compelling content variations and adapt concepts for different platforms.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta ads.
• Produce on-camera content including explainers, unboxings, how-tos and artist stories.
• Source and manage creators, freelancers, and manage briefs, budgets and usage rights.
• Coordinate weekly production plans, briefs, deadlines and approvals across teams.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery and maintain asset organisation.
• Analyse performance insights to improve creative concepts and formats.
• Build a library of assets to improve production efficiency.
