Job summary

elasticStage Ltd is seeking a Creative Producer to turn ideas from Paid Social, Organic Social, and CRM into finished videos, ads, and social content. You will collaborate with the Paid Social Lead and agencies to own creative development and production, balancing on-camera content with coordinating artists and freelancers.

You will manage multiple briefs with a bias toward getting things made, maintaining high quality and speed across all outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form social, paid social or video-first content.
• Strong creative instincts: turn ideas into engaging concepts, hooks and scripts.
• Confident filming and editing quickly in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar.
• Comfortable presenting on camera.
• Experience briefing and managing external creators or freelancers.
• Highly organised across multiple briefs, creators and deadlines.
• Understanding of paid and organic social, and what drives action.
• Genuine interest in music and independent artists.
• Bias towards getting things made.

Responsibilities

• Transform ideas from Paid Social, Organic Social, CRM into finished videos, ads, and social content.
• Collaborate with Paid Social Lead, paid media agency and Organic Social team; own creative development and production.
• Work on both in-camera content and organizational briefs, briefing and coordinating artists and external creators.
• Ensure quality, speed, and consistency across all produced pieces.
