Job summary

Premier Jobs UK Limited is seeking a Financial Adviser Performance Coach to support Financial Planners across the business, delivering practical coaching, training and development to raise advice quality.

You will deliver 1:1 and group coaching, support adviser induction, review performance trends and work with internal teams to uphold high advice standards, with travel across England and remote working options.

Qualifications

• Essential Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Experience in financial advice, wealth management, adviser development or T and C.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory expectations.
• Proven experience delivering training or coaching to advisers.
• Desirable Chartered status or working towards this.
• Experience supporting multi site or growing advice teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivering one to one and group coaching sessions, virtually and face to face.
• Supporting adviser induction and ongoing professional development.
• Reviewing performance trends and identifying development priorities.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to promote consistent advice standards.
• Contributing to projects linked to adviser growth, change and improvement.
