Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Performance Business Partner in the United Kingdom to strengthen ongoing development. You will drive business performance, lead KPI reporting, and partner with leadership teams to translate data into actionable improvements.

You will build automated data flows, develop live BI tools, and coach reporting analysts and apprentices, while managing stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery of the performance strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a performance environment developing a performance reporting framework.
• Financial analytical capability in a project environment.
• Experience of guiding and developing teams and fostering trust and growth.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex data to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to convert complexity into concise, engaging messages.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Performance - act as a strategic business partner delivering data-driven insights to leadership teams.
• Monitor and Report KPIs across business units, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Lead Performance Reviews, identify improvements, and coordinate action plans.
• Deliver Advanced Analytics using predictive analytics, AI, and ML to identify trends.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Automation with automated data flows and a single source of truth.
• Develop BI Tools and Reporting Solutions to enable self-service access and timely decision-making.
• Lead and develop reporting analysts and apprentices.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships to ensure alignment and delivery of performance strategy.
