Job summary

Page Personnel in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially focused and highly analytical Business Performance/Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver insight, performance reporting and KPI analysis across the organisation. You will turn customer, revenue and commercial data into actionable recommendations to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytical, business performance, commercial insight or strategy role.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and performance commentary.
• Strong capability with large datasets and a track record of identifying actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc performance reporting with executive commentary.
• Maintain and enhance KPI reporting, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse customer segments, behaviour, retention and marketing ROI.
• Lead traffic and revenue forecasts for budgets and reforecasts.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting processes.
