Responsibilities

• Drive business performance with data-driven insights to support leadership.
• Monitor and report KPIs across business units.

• Develop analytics models, including predictive analytics and AI.
• Ensure data integrity and automate data flows in a common warehouse.
• Develop BI tools and live reporting for self-service access.
• Lead and develop reporting analysts and apprentices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to align strategy and delivery.
