Job summary
Basecamp Research is building frontier AI for therapeutic design with offices in London and Boston. You will own the peptide and protein platform as a commercial product, shaping market strategy, product profiles, and go-to-market plans, while collaborating with model, data, science and business development teams.
You will lead partner engagements, define operational plans, and drive revenue through platform licensing and co-development opportunities in a global context.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech with peptide/protein/biologics discovery, development or BD.
- Experience authoring target product profiles, competitive assessments and commercial cases.
- Proven ability to shape and close platform partnerships or own commercial strategy for a platform.
- Excellent written English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Market and competitive intelligence to map peptide/protein landscape and trends.
- Define target product profiles and translate into feasible research plans with leadership.
- Own peptide/product roadmap and determine packaging and commercial models.
- Lead partner engagement and revenue generation with BD team; build evidence packages.
