Evotec (UK) Ltd. seeks a Lead In Silico Business Partner to own the worldwide in silico and AI agenda for the Drug Discovery Platforms. You will translate scientific priorities into prioritized in silico requirements and orchestrate delivery with capability units to maximize value.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape the ADMET/Safety roadmap and omics data generation, building a scalable operating model across Evotec sites and markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior scientific and operational leadership.
• Working fluency in in silico tools including ML/AI, ADMET and omics workflows.
• Experience translating scientific needs into practical in silico requirements.
• Proven track record delivering value in a global matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end relationship between DDP and In Silico & AI globally.
• Shape and own the in silico/AI roadmap with focus on ADMET/Safety and omics data.
• Translate demand into testable requirements with Solution Managers and AI teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, AI, and data platforms.
• Aggregate data insights and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities at scale.
