Qualifications
- PhD and/or postdoctoral experience in Organic Chemistry.
- Ten+ years in pharma/biopharma/CDMO with peptide capabilities.
- Strong track record in leadership, strategy and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for Pharmaron's Peptide Therapeutics in Hoddesdon.
- Build and lead differentiated development and manufacturing capabilities.
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into client solutions.
- Drive growth through technical leadership and client engagement.
- Lead multiple scientific teams and manage capability development.
- Represent Pharmaron as a subject-matter expert at industry venues.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, ICH and SOPs.
