Job summary

Reed in Warrington seeks an experienced People Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex HR change initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will shape transformation, manage TUPE transfers and ensure employment-law considerations are embedded in delivery.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, HR teams and business leaders to drive transformation, maintain timelines and risks, and deliver outcomes that benefit people and the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HR or People projects within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Experience leading TUPE transfers, restructures and consultation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people aspects of organisational change and transformation projects.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, risks and objectives are met.
• Support TUPE transfers, restructures and organisational design initiatives.
• Lead employee consultation processes and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law considerations.
• Partner with HR specialists and business leaders to deliver outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate people-related risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure change programmes align with business objectives.
