Boots is seeking a Business Architect to join the HR Transformation programme in Nottingham on a 18-month, full-time fixed-term contract. You will help design and align compensation processes with business objectives and deliver efficient future-state designs.
You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, inputting into change impacts and design workshops, and you’ll document processes and configurations to support the People Transformation journey.

Through our People Transformation programme, we'll improve our ways of working to make it easier to support colleagues through key moments in their careers while enabling better access to information and more effective support across the business.

This is a key role in ensuring successful delivery of the People Transformation programme. Forming part of the Business Architecture network across the programme, this role ensures that the processes for the Compensation workstream are designed and aligned to business objectives and deliver against the functional requirements. The role will input into and capture future state process design enabling the People Function teams to deliver efficiently.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders across the People Transformation programme, including inputting into change impacts, operational model design, and testing.
