The must-haves:

• To be a functional expert for Oracle HCM, serving as the Technology contact for People & Transformation business leads
• Ability to collaborate with IT, suppliers, and partners to deploy People applications, including discovery, design, testing, and UAT
• Work with IT, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective deployment, prioritizing employee experience
• Build strong relationships across People & Transformation
• Experience in delivering business strategies and requirements
• Extensive experience managing demands from various teams in a challenging environment

The other stuff we are looking for:

• Experience reviewing Oracle HCM release improvements, collaborating with the Technology integrator team to evaluate optional enhancements and impacts of upgrades
• Experience working in a Joint Venture, Merger, or Acquisition environment
• Experience delivering HRIS transformation projects
• Experience implementing specific cloud modules
• Collaboration with Process Excellence and Digitalisation teams to enhance technology experiences
• CRM/ERP platform experience
