The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle in Scotland is seeking a proactive People and Culture Coordinator. You’ll handle recruitment via Pinpoint, onboarding, payroll support through Moorepay, and contribute to employee relations, learning and development, and internal communications.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Coordinator who shares that passion. Someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping create a positive colleague experience.

Working as part of our People and Culture team, you’ll gain experience across the full colleague journey, from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, learning and development, employee relations, engagement and everything in between.
This is a varied, fast-paced and hands-on role, with plenty of opportunity to learn, get involved and grow with us.
You might already work in HR or People and Culture, or your experience might come from administration, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment.
