Job summary

OrderYOYO in Manchester City Centre is seeking a proactive Talent Executive to join our People Team. Youll own end-to-end recruitment, from crafting engaging adverts to screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding, while shaping onboarding and development programs across the business.

You'll partner with function heads, nurture talent pipelines and drive improvements to the employee experience in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience is preferred; transferable experience considered.
• Proactive, organised and driven to make a difference.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for people.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment, from ads to onboarding.
• Collaborate with Function Heads and UK/Ireland stakeholders.
• Build talent pipelines and improve engagement.
• Monitor metrics to drive improvements.
