OrderYOYO in Manchester is seeking a confident Talent Executive to join our People Team. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development, partnering with Function Heads across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from adverts to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and engage with hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and support development initiatives.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
