• Experience of ESR and workforce systems management in a large organisation.

• Proven track record in delivering digital/workforce transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and management of ESR and related workforce systems.
• Prepare the organisation for Future Workforce Solution implementation and ongoing development.
• Drive digital transformation projects to improve processes and colleague experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify people processes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate needs into system solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, compliance and system integrity.
• Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing systems team.
• Represent the organisation regionally and nationally on workforce systems developments.
