Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in digital transformation or workforce analytics.
• Significant experience leading complex digital transformation or analytics programmes.
• Experience shaping strategy and delivering large-scale change.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the People Directorate Digital, Data and AI Strategy.
• Deliver complex digital transformation and automation programmes.
• Develop advanced workforce analytics and predictive modelling capabilities.
• Champion safe, ethical adoption of AI technologies.
• Build data literacy across the People function.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, HR partners, and Digital teams.
• Ensure governance, information management, risk management and compliance.
