Job summary

Royal London, the UK’s leading mutual life, pensions and investment company, is looking for a People Technology Analyst based in Alderley Edge. You will support SAP SuccessFactors, manage data reporting, and drive improvements across People Systems using automation, Microsoft 365 and AI tools.

You will work closely with People Services and Technology teams to resolve issues, run quarterly releases, and ensure data accuracy and security across our HR platform landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Talent).
• Comfort working with data and reporting.
• Experience supporting system changes, testing and releases.
• Attention to data accuracy, security and confidentiality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain People systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.
• Resolve system and self-service queries and provide guidance to People teams and colleagues.
• Support system enhancements, quarterly releases, testing and documentation.
• Own data management routines including data loads and interfaces to support business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve People processes through automation, Microsoft 365 and AI solutions.
• Collaborate across People Services and Technology to investigate issues and implement improvements.
