Job summary

Annapurna Hr Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support a major HR systems transformation centred on SAP SuccessFactors. The role requires translating business needs into effective technology solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with HR, IT, project teams and external partners, supporting solution design, build, testing and deployment to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA within HRIS or HR technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting HR systems implementation or enhancement projects, ideally involving SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and traceability skills.
• Practical experience supporting system testing, UAT, defect management and resolution.
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of business and technical stakeholders, including external implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and analysis: collect, document and maintain functional and non-functional requirements; ensure traceability across design, build, testing and deployment.
• Project delivery and testing: support solution design, configuration, build and testing activities; develop test scenarios and support UAT; track defects and coordinate resolution.
• Documentation and governance: maintain project docs, requirements records and delivery artefacts aligned with methodologies and governance.
• BAU transition and integration support: assist transition into BAU; develop training and support material; support ongoing system enhancements and onboarding.
