Annapurna IT is seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support a major SAP SuccessFactors HR systems transformation in Central London. This role will translate business needs into technology solutions, ensuring requirements are defined, documented and traceable throughout the project lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, project teams and external partners to design, configure, test and deploy solutions, manage UAT, gaps, traceability and governance,

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS, HR technology or business transformation programmes.
