Carnival UK is seeking an Executive, People Support to join our People Services team. The role focuses on delivering customer-focused responses across the employee lifecycle, supporting the Team Leader, and promoting Tier 0 knowledge to reduce enquiries.

The position is full-time, permanent with hybrid work up to two days from home. Candidates with UK employment law knowledge and HR system experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service delivery.
• CIPD Level 3 or working towards; knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud/Qualtrics/MarkView desirable.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and resolve enquiries from managers, colleagues and external customers across employee lifecycle processes.
• Raise awareness of enquiry patterns and promote Tier 0 information to reduce Tier 1 enquiries.
• Deliver face-to-face training and induction on People policies and procedures.
• Ensure Tier 2 enquiries are escalated to Subject Matter Experts as needed.
