Carnival UK is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join our People and Legal team. You will own a varied ER casework portfolio across shoreside and fleet operations, advising managers to reach fair, legally sound outcomes.

With strong ER experience and UK employment law knowledge, you will build trusted stakeholder relationships, navigate policy frameworks, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, hybrid role.

Competenze

• Strong ER case management experience enabling independent handling of complex matters.
• Ability to advise, coach and challenge stakeholders with clear guidance.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and risk assessment to support decisions.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of varied ER casework for shoreside and fleet operations, including disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence, performance and capability matters.
• Advise and coach managers while balancing business risks to reach fair, legally sound outcomes.
• Apply UK employment law and ER best practice to assess risk and support decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with managers, stakeholders and People Team colleagues across operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learning and identifying ways to improve processes.
