Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join the People and Legal department. You'll advise managers across shoreside and fleet operations, handling ER cases with employment law expertise to deliver fair, pragmatic outcomes.

This fast-paced role requires strong ER case management, ability to coach stakeholders, solid knowledge of UK law, excellent communication, and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. Hybrid work with up to two days from home.

Qualifications

• Strong ER case management experience across a diversified portfolio.
• Ability to advise, coach and challenge stakeholders with credible guidance.
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of varied, complex ER casework for shoreside and fleet operations.
• Advise and coach managers to reach fair, legally sound decisions.
• Apply UK employment law to assess risk and support decision-making.
• Build relationships with managers, stakeholders and People Team colleagues.
