People Support Delivery Manager - Temporary 6 months

Salary: GBP48,645 - GBP54,855 (DOE)
Based: Huntingdon or Peterborough (2 days a week in the office - Flexible working)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Basis: 6 month - Temporary

We are seeking a skilled and energised Project Manager to join our well established clients People Team.

This role involves managing projects, ensuring they align with the overall People Strategy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. You will need to oversee projects including the coordination of employees and there will be administration tasks included also.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Management: Managing the delivery of HR projects, tracking progress, and ensuring they are on schedule and within budget.

Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that HR projects align with the overall People Strategy and business objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR colleagues, and other teams.

Continuous Improvement: The ongoing effort to enhance products, services, or processes through incremental and breakthrough improvements
