In this role, you will be:

  • Supporting the design and development of onboarding and training strategies.
  • Planning schedules and allocating Subject Matter Experts for training support.
  • Delivering onboarding and training, ensuring consistency and procedural improvements.
  • Handling HR activities during the academy phase and managing handover documentation.
  • Promoting well-being, community sense, and colleague engagement.
