Digital Campaign Delivery Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Campaign Delivery Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract for 8 months, able to start within the next 1-5 weeks. This is a critical role responsible for the commercial success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet revenue targets and deliver exceptional results. The position will overlap for 1-2 months with the current employee to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, while coordinating with various internal teams and acting as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Leadership: Drive the successful execution of digital campaigns, providing support to team members and ensuring targets are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Hold internal stakeholders accountable for delivery and quality, fostering strong relationships and leading regular briefings.
  • Project Management: Create, track, and report on campaign plans using Asana; proactively resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and adjust campaigns to meet results.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, extensions, and renewals, collaborating with Account Managers.
  • Relationship Building & Accountability: Build internal relationships, hold team members accountable, and push back on clients when necessary to achieve results.
  • Reporting: Prepare end-of-campaign reports in collaboration with Account Managers.

You are results-oriented with a proven track record managing complex digital campaigns in high-pressure environments.

Experience & Skills:

  • Managing project delivery in a client-facing role (e.g., agency or marketing solutions provider)
  • Working in high-intensity environments with multiple projects and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana)
