People Partner II - London, Manchester or Gateshead
The People Success Partner II is an Operational HR Generalist/ Employee relations role and not an HRBP role.

The People Success Partner II is an HR Generalist role that works within a highly collaborative team of People Success Partners within The People Success UK and Europe team. You will be aligned to a defined Business Unit within the UK.
This role could be based in any of our main hub offices across the UK (London, Manchester or Gateshead). You will be required to be in a office 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Managing the process of Disputes, Grievances, Performance Management, PIPs, Compliance issues and Disciplinary action, short term absence cases, which may lead to long term absence and the management of those cases, probation dismissal and appeals. Coaching and Supporting Managers and Employees through these various processes from beginning to end.
Supporting People Partner Senior to proactively engage with leaders, training and coaching them to prevent ER issues, identifying early warning indicators, working with them to develop solutions.
Partnering with internal legal, to maintain and manage regional policies and procedures including application, use and ongoing updates/regulatory changes and best practice. Provide information and guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
Supporting managers and employees through maternity, paternity, shared parental and other family policies and questions. Supporting and coaching managers with flexible working requests.
Culture and Engagement
Support business area with action planning and interventions to increase engagement. Identify opportunities and interventions to embed Worldpay values in actions and behaviours.
Act as a change agent and be a culture champion.
Compensation
Utilise compensation tools and recourses to coach, train and support managers. Ensuring managers have a clear understanding of the compensation philosophy, policy, and are supported in applying it. Support Senior People partner with insights to develop any wider pay reviews.
Learning & Development
Ensure managers and employees have a clear understanding of the Learning & Development (L&D) philosophy, tools and resources available. Support Senior People Partner on identifying any learning needs.
