Job summary

Medivet Group Limited is hiring a People Partner focused on delivering practical HR guidance to clinic leaders at the Watford Support Centre. You will support onboarding, colleague changes and queries while guiding managers through employee relations and policy application.

You will also coach managers, maintain accurate data in Workday and drive continuous process improvement. You will work with cross‑clinic teams, building relationships across networks and contributing to key people projects

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR or People role with core HR process knowledge.
• Confident in supporting managers with people matters and practical guidance.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused, with ownership of queries to resolution.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using HR systems; Workday experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative approach with sound judgement and discretion in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted first point of contact for clinic leaders on people matters.
• Support onboarding, job changes and colleague queries across networks.
• Handle complex queries and cases from start to finish with other teams.
• Guide managers through routine employee relations matters and escalate as needed.
• Coach managers to handle day‑to‑day people matters effectively.
• Maintain Workday transactions and ensure data quality and process compliance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve guidance.
• Support broader People initiatives with People Partners.
