Job summary

Wavenet is seeking a HR People Partner ER & Change to support growth and implement the People strategy. The role travels across locations to build strong relationships with line managers and colleagues, requiring an ambitious HR professional with delivery focus.

You will lead ER case work, drive people initiatives, and manage TUPE transfers, delivering impactful HR projects in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7 and multiple years’ experience in a HR Business Partner/Manager role.
• Experience managing ER case work.
• Office environment experience with high attention to detail.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to the business, providing coaching and feedback to managers and colleagues.
• Develop and facilitate HR best practices and programmes to meet strategic needs.
• Support managers on the employment life cycle including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
• Educate management on policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
• Provide guidance to resolve employee issues and paths to resolution.
• Assist in improving culture and morale through recognition programmes.
• Analyse data to draw conclusions and improve colleague engagement.
• Monitor compensation and benefits guidelines and exceptions.
• Lead on broader change projects impacting the people agenda.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to strengthen HR delivery.
