United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a skilled People Business Partner to work with pillar leaders and line managers in Trafford, applying people practices to deliver the business strategy. You will use data, metrics and evidence to inform decisions and drive change across the pillar.

This role involves TUPE consultations, restructures and succession planning, plus partnering with senior stakeholders to identify current and future skills needs.

Competenze

• Experience in HR business partnering and generalist HR practices.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and its application to employee relations.
• Knowledge of TUPE, settlement negotiations and redundancy campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and change-management skills.

Mansioni

• Act as trusted partner to pillar MD and SLT, guiding people practices and employee relations.
• Lead and coordinate TUPE consultations and transfers, ensuring legal compliance and risk minimisation.
• Partner with leaders to identify current and future skills needs aligned with strategy.
• Use data insights to drive talent development, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on restructures, succession planning and change management.
• Support recruitment, training and workforce planning across the pillar.
• Coach line managers to motivate teams and lead effectively.
• Analyse HR metrics and compare against KPIs.
• Assist with rollout of training related to people practices.
• Ensure compliance with United Infrastructure people policies.
