easyJet plc is recruiting a People Solutions Specialist in a hybrid London/Luton setting. The role focuses on analytical delivery and operational support across People Solutions, translating business needs into practical system and process improvements.

You’ll work with People, Payroll, Technology and the wider business to gather requirements, support delivery, coordinate testing and ensure changes land smoothly. A 15‑month fixed term contract with a competitive package awaits.

Qualifications

• Gathering and documenting business requirements across People Solutions.
• Supporting system, process or operational improvements.
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into practical system and process improvements.
• Coordinate UAT, track defects and ensure changes meet requirements.
• Create clear process documentation, knowledge articles and training materials.
