Job summary

easyJet is seeking a People Solutions Specialist to translate complex HR system needs into practical changes. You will gather requirements, work with People, Payroll, Technology and the wider business, and support testing and documentation to ensure changes land smoothly.

The role is hybrid in Luton, available as a 15-month fixed-term contract, with a focus on turning conversations into clear solutions and driving user-friendly processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements; facilitate discussions to clarify needs.
• Support HR system enhancements and process improvements; assist with operational cases.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing; track defects and issues through testing and hypercare; create process docs and training materials.
