easyJet is recruiting a People Solutions Specialist to translate business needs into HR system and process improvements. You will gather requirements, support delivery, coordinate testing and ensure changes land smoothly across People, Payroll and Technology teams.

The role requires analytical, structured thinking and strong stakeholder communication. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with a focus on clear solutions and continuous improvement, on a hybrid model in Luton.
