Qualifications

• Experience in People Services transitions and HR operations.
• Led or supported large-scale transformation programmes.
• Understanding of People Services operating models and HR life cycle.
• Experience with HR technology implementation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Ability to map and improve HR/People Services processes.
• Knowledge of change management and business readiness.
• Operates well in matrix organisations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Delivery management capabilities across projects.
• Experience establishing or transitioning to a People Services or Shared Services model.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP or SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational transition into a new People Services model.
• Act as the primary operational representative for People Services throughout the transformation programme.
• Review and redesign People Services processes, ensuring alignment to future-state technology.
• Drive business readiness, operational adoption, and transition planning activities.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Digital Services, and programme teams.
• Identify operational impacts, service risks, and process dependencies.
• Support the development of service procedures, governance frameworks, and operating standards.
• Build relationships across People Services and wider business functions.
• Ensure colleagues are prepared for new ways of working through engagement and change activities.
• Support service stabilisation and continuous improvement after implementation.
