People Services Recruitment Administrator

Job Title: People Services Administrator - Recruitment

Location: Weldmar Office, Dorchester/Hybrid working

Hours of work: Part Time

Contract: Fixed Term (6 months)

Grade: Weldmar Salary Scale

Reports to: People Services Business Partner

Job Purpose

Support the People Services Team by providing a professional and efficient People Services function aligned with legislation and Weldmar's strategic plans. Focus on recruitment and related administration, administering the end-to-end recruitment process for Weldmar.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment: Collaborate with the team to attract suitable candidates, create and post job adverts, manage applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Utilize digital tools for recruitment and onboarding, and support employer branding initiatives.
  2. Partnerships: Build relationships with educational institutions and organizations to facilitate pathways into employment.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR and legislation.
  4. Projects: Lead or support delegated projects within the People Services scope.
