Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a People Services Advisor to join its Head Office team in Colliers Wood. You will provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and work closely with managers and colleagues in a busy, multi-site environment.

You will handle employee relations, absence management, investigations, onboarding, and reporting while contributing to HR process improvements. This role is office-based in Colliers Wood with a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Significant generalist HR advisory experience (5+ years).
• Experience in a multi-site environment (healthcare/retail/logistics).
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management.
• Experience using HRIS systems (Workday/ADP).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely HR advice on employee relations and HR matters.
• Manage sickness absence reporting, trends, and improvement actions.
• Support investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
• Handle parental leave and flexible working requests per policy.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new starters and accurate records.
• Produce HR reports and KPI data; contribute to process improvements.
