Center Parcs is hiring a People Services Administrator on a fixed-term contract. The role covers end-to-end colleague administration, data integrity, and payroll readiness, with strong focus on service delivery and compliance.
You will support Learning and Development, generate reports, and assist managers and the Talent team while working in a hybrid setup across Forest House. This is a fixed-term position until August 2027, with 37.5 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate People administration, providing first-line support to colleagues and managers. You will ensure consistent service delivery throughout all stages of the colleague lifecycle, maintaining data integrity, compliance and a strong customer service focus. You will also support projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives as required. Working closely with the village and Forest House People teams, you will help ensure a seamless end-to-end transactional process through to Payroll. You will also support the effective administration of Learning and Development activities, assisting managers, colleagues and the Talent team as needed. Your responsibilities will include generating relevant reports, uploading records of prior learning and ensuring colleague learning records are accurate and up to date.
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 28th August 2027
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, flexibility may be required.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.
