Center Parcs group at Whinfell Forest is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader for a fixed-term contract until 14 January 2027. You will oversee housekeeping operations for public and communal areas, lead and develop the team, and ensure the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards.

The role features a 4-on 4-off shift pattern including early mornings, is full-time, with a guaranteed 150 hours over 4 weeks, and includes benefits such as free day passes, discounts, a bonus scheme, and career

We're looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services. You will lead and motivate a team, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and support training and development initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee Housekeeping operations for public and communal areas across the village
• Lead, train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently achieved
• Monitor and meet departmental targets for efficiency and quality

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 14th January 2027

• Full‑time contract, 4‑on 4‑off shift pattern, working between 5am and 11:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
