Job summary

Center Parcs at Woburn Forest is seeking a Swimming Pool Manager to lead the Subtropical Swimming Paradise operations, manage budgets, KPIs and compliance while driving safety, quality and revenue growth through exceptional team leadership.

You will oversee daily pool operations, recruit and develop the team, monitor revenues, payroll and margins, and foster a positive culture focused on wellbeing and performance. DBS check is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Commercial management experience, including budget control and implementation
• Expertise in customer service management, ensuring standards and KPI delivery
• Management experience in a leisure environment, leading large and diverse teams
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross-departmental working to achieve excellence
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels

Swimming Pool Manager

Woburn Forest | Circa £48,200 per annum | plus 12% bonus scheme

Lead the Subtropical Swimming Paradise operations, managing budgets, KPIs and compliance while ensuring safety, quality and revenue growth through exceptional team leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily pool operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• 150 contracted hours per 4-week period
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
