At Revlon, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our London HR team. This role combines employee relations, recruitment support and a proactive people-partner approach to both Head Office and retail populations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach managers, apply UK employment law, manage cases end-to-end, and contribute to change programs while ensuring a positive employee experience. This is a hybrid role with three days in the Mornington Crescent office and two days

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as HR Generalist or similar.
• Strong employee relations experience with end-to-end case management.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to partner with managers across head office and retail populations.

• Act as trusted HR partner and first point of contact for managers.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end (disciplinary, grievances, performance, absence).
• Provide guidance on UK employment law and HR policies.
• Coach managers and facilitate difficult conversations.
• Support organisational change and communication processes.
• Build relationships across head office and field teams.
