Job summary

The White Company in London and across the South stores seeks a proactive People Partnership professional to provide generalist HR support and advice. You will build strong relationships with Area Managers, influence people-focused decisions, and collaborate with Head Office and the Contact Centre on projects.

You’ll work within the wider People Team on key priorities, supporting analytics, and delivering consistent guidance in line with our values and brand culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at a People Advisory level.
• Strong stakeholder management across Retail estates.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact providing generalist HR support to Store Managers and Area Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Retail estate through store visits.
• Provide a swift and responsive HR service to managers and employees on a wide range of queries.
• Collaborate with other People Advisors to ensure consistent advice.
• Support the Retail ‘People Plan’ and department strategy.
• Present updates to Senior People Partnership Manager and business partners.
• Coach and train business partners to align with TWC values and culture.
• Interpret brand to ensure policies and communications are relevant.
